Pick My Brain
Get a second opinion before you commit the budget.
Your question about how work gets planned, run, or adopted. No proposal, no pitch, and no commitment beyond the half hour.
- You’re not sure you’re even asking the right question
- You’re too close to it, and everyone else is too diplomatic
- A project that stalled and the reason isn’t obvious
- A process that breaks in the same place every time
- A tool or AI decision you don’t want to get wrong
- A rollout that technically launched and nobody uses
How the Session Works
Most of the value comes from what you send before we talk.
-
Before the call
You send what you have
- Your question, written out
- Any existing plan, timeline or backlog — however rough
- Who’s involved, and who decides
- What you’ve already tried
The more that arrives, the more of the thirty minutes goes to your question instead of background.
-
30 minutes
We spend the thirty minutes on it
One-on-one. I’ll read your situation back to you, ask the questions I’d ask if this were mine, and we work your options against your real constraints — not the ideal-world version.
-
After the call
You get it in writing
One of two things: a recommendation you can act on, or the specific information to gather before one is worth making. Either way a short written recap follows, so you have something to share internally rather than a memory of a call.
Before You Book

- You leave with

- In writing
- A short written recap after the call
Who should book this?
Founders, operators, project leads, and decision-makers with a specific question about how work gets planned, run, or adopted — and no appetite for a long engagement.
What if my question is bigger than thirty minutes?
Then it is, and I’ll say so. You’ll leave knowing what kind of help it actually needs — which is worth knowing before you spend more. Done With You and Done For You exist for that.
What if you can’t answer it?
Sometimes the answer is that there isn’t enough here to advise on yet. If that’s where we land, you leave with the specific things to find out, and the recap says so plainly. I’d rather tell you that than guess.
What happens after booking?
You will receive confirmation details and a short intake to help me prepare before our session.
Ready to Get Unstuck?
Send your question and we’ll spend thirty minutes on it — one-on-one, with a short written recap afterwards.
